Since the end of the Cold War a technology release has opened a new underwater world for the serious diver interested in deep diving, cave exploration and underwater archeology.
Divers skilled and brave enough to count themselves as technical divers are very few in number. An even smaller number of divers call themselves attorneys with the expertise to understand, use and instruct divers in the use of rebreathers, mixed gas tables and penetration techniques.
