Public Safety Divers

Public safety divers find themselves in the most challenging of underwater environments. Be they on the front lines on the war on terrorism or providing the key manpower elements in search, rescue and recovery efforts they practice their trade in the cold, contaminated or swift running waters throughout our nation.

We at Delise & Hall are very proud indeed to serve the legal needs of these heroes and their families. Presently we are engaged in providing legal guidance and assistance to the hyperbaric medical leaders in the drafting of medical standards for entry and periodic “fitness-to-dive” certification for the public safety divers. Additionally, we are providing counsel to entry level and advanced certification training centers and instructors at the entry and advanced levels of training. I.
